Kate completed a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2013 and has worked in the field of soft tissue since. In addition to providing soft tissue therapy, Kate is trained in dry needling, kinesio-taping, workplace ergonomics and is a qualified Pilates instructor.
Kate has been interested in soft tissue therapy since a young age and since developed a further passion with living an active lifestyle through sports and valuing a healthy body. From this, she has a great understanding of the importance of maintaining optimal muscular health to achieve personal goals.
Kate enjoys working with a wide range of clients to help them decrease pain and improve everyday living. She treats numerous muscular conditions related to the workplace, poor posture and sports injuries.
