Body Rebalance: conditioning, toning & core

Body Rebalance is a whole body workout that focuses on strengthening your core and stabilising muscles. It is based on Pilates principles to help improve muscle strength, core strength, balance and correct postural imbalances. 

A qualified occupational therapist will identify muscle imbalances and weaknesses that may be resulting in poor posture and muscle pain.

Current research suggests strengthening and rehabilitation programs can maximise positive outcomes with muscle tension and injury.

One on one sessions

An individual initial session is required to gain an understanding of your needs and goals.

Ongoing private sessions are available.

Small group sessions

Tuesday 5.30 – 6.30pm
Wednesday 5.30 – 6.30pm
Thursday 5.30 – 6.30pm
Saturday 8.15 – 9.15 am

Class size maximum 6 people

Sessions are claimable through private health insurance.
